Try adding --opencl-vector-width 2 or --opencl-vector-width 4. Maybe it helps :)

Slightly worse and way worse.
Long live v2.0.1 !! :) |

Did you use -w 3 ?

No difference, I'm afraid. I tried all sorts of combinations with --opencl-vector-width too with no success. Not stellar hashrates I know... |

Sorry, forgot that could be an issue. Didn't think it mattered as v2.01 works fine with ¦ in folder name.

I get both this same error and no error on the SAME PC depending on where I run it from. Maybe path length is an issue for v3.00 as folder D:\¦Utils\Network\hashcat\cudaHashcat-2.01 works fine?

I just built this on a mac from the latest src on https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat. It should match what's on the https://hashcat.net/beta link right now, i.e. hashcat-3.00+30[url=https://hashcat.net... |

OK, the earlier version was compiled outside the sh environment and isn't quite right - it doesn't output the version number for a start. So you should download this one instead.

Thread: Device local mem size is too small
Post: RE: Device local mem size is too small
Just a guess but are you sure you installed the 64-bit version of OpenCL? This looks like hashcat64 is trying to load 32-bit components, i.e. from Program Files (x86) folder. |
