hashcat is for CPU only oclhashcat-* is for GPU, and yours will work with, but will be slow... (slow means for you ~115 millions hash/sec for single MD5, but phpbb3 is slower)

Paste the *complete* command line and output. Different algorithms give different runtimes, it's normal

Everything seem to run normally. What is your problem ?! Your hash is not cracked because the password is not in your dictionnary. Your dictionnary has *only* 553093 words, that's very poor.

Looks like the hashcat-gui exe is not close to the cudahashcat exe. You have to extract all the files inside the archive.
