+1 philsmd "longer or equal to 8 chars" -> designed for WPA attacks "507 Gb uncompressed" -> would take months to complete on standard 1080's. Might (?) be useful for faster algo like NTLM.

Wondering if message pairs are still included, and easy to find/decode, in the new format? M2M3 or M3M4 are good evidence that the password was correct.

Ok, that's nice too. Actually with lite version when the right part of LM hash is not cracked but the left one is, the result is not displayed.
