A hccap file only contains one essid. When you convert a cap file into hccap you provide a number corresponding to the essid you wanna crack. +1 wireshark to "split" your cap file.

atom is right :) I let the first command run during 1 hour (progress : 2%) Then I restore it : started at 2%/1 hour. Cool :)

You use a laptop and a cheap gpu, that's why. You can fine tune the -n and -u settings to gain speed a bit but i would advise to buy a new gpu.
