hashcat is for CPU only
oclhashcat-* is for GPU, and yours will work with, but will be slow... (slow means for you ~115 millions hash/sec for single MD5, but phpbb3 is slower) |

It depends on your card. Each card is different. ATI are better because they have more cores. |

You can use fgdump, pwdump, ophcrack, samdump, etc. Let google find it for you. |
