Depends on the length, charset and speed. Example : 12 digits : (10^12)/2,000MHs will give you the number of seconds to bruteforce this entire keyspace.

No ! The best card (Radeon R9 295X2) gives ~350 000 words/second on WPA. charset mixalpha-num = 62 chars with length 24 : 62^24 = 1e+43 Do the math to compute how many dozen of cards you need...

Which algorithms ? You probably want to go for GPUs only. Radeon R9 295X2 (but $1500) Radeon R9 290X (~$600)

The more you have hashes the more oclhashcat will be slow. 13 hashes is not so much. Performance begins to fall at ~100.
