Then, you probably don't use right hash format. Use -m 3000 for LM.

Check if your X is running when you attempt to run oclHashcat. Also, make sure you are logged in in your desktop environment if you use any.

No. Only passwords of length up to 15 characters are supported.

Did you tried to crack it with, for example, aircrack ? If you'll get same results with aircrack or JtR, you have captured invalid packets.
