itunes_backup2hashcat.pl is the script you need to use to extract the hash from the manifest.plist you have. May I ask what graphics card you are using and exactly when you need this done by? Chanc...

A benchmark for the GTX 1080 Ti gets around 45,000 h/s so I don't know what kind of setup your using to get 1,500 Mh/s

Ok, I shall open one up. I saw a recent change to 7z2hashcat a couple months ago which was a similar issue with dealing with split volumes so I don't think it would be too difficult hopefully
