So for now I'm running 1 1080ti and 2 1080's. Do I need to enable PCIe above 4g encoding?

That's for mapping memory above 4GB. Just try it out and if it run... |

If we're talking about double digits setup, i dont see why we stick with the limitation with air cooling.

Thread: Quad 1080Ti Setup
Post: RE: Quad 1080Ti Setup
Two things about the CPU.
The 40/28 lanes support does not matter since the mainboard covers the PCI lanes with separate chips and does not care how many lanes the CPU provides.
And why do you want to... |

Not only that barbsie already set up his configuration, but he also got 50C with 4 Ti at 75% fan speed, where your solution offers 53C with 4 normal 1080 at 90% fan speed. Not sure why the 730T would ... |

You are using two different methods and two wordlists in your examples. AS "BIG" maybe much bigger than "concentrate"? Clearly in your first there is not enough work to do for the GPUs. But if the rul... |

With four Titan X you might fall out of your budget, where four 980Ti will keep you in. Maybe you can go to five but slightly more complicated to find the proper hardware.
For the Fury X we have to... |

You don't want to wait forr the non-X Fury, except the Nano maybe. The Fury X sucks easily 350W and the produced heat seems to be no hassle for the water cooler, but it definitly will be for a normal ... |

Although only rumors, 3584 shaders will be the 390.
390x comes with 4096 shaders.
Watercooling is for sure.
Not so the 300W.
But definitly the 28nm process.
EDIT: It's expected in the next four to si... |

The temp limit is verly low with 75°C, the card will overheat under heavy load like Hashcat, start throttling and all the theoretical power is gone. Except the cooling is WAY better then standard. |
