My anti-virus warned me of an infection at https://a.pomf.cat/okwnqb.jpg Since this request is obscure and strange anyway, I advise to close this thread and delete the URLs.

You don't need an expensive server chassis with even more expensive dual CPUs. I you calculate all systems costs together, the GTX1070 does not have the best price-performance-ratio. Usually the be...

A Laptop is the least choice for hashcracking. It's not designed to absorb heat for a lomng time. Short burts like games are ok. But a hashcat session will let the speed drop significantly due to thro...

That's a GTX1050Ti, from the very low end of NVidia. The price seems very high, for little more you already get a GTX1060. If your sister agrees to get you the same amount of money, you could get a GT...

Putting more than one GPU in a system means you have to take cards with radial fans. Just google it and see how they look like. They push the hot air out of the case instead of swirling it around. If ...

Sorry, but that's wrong. The Polaris 10 tops out at 2304 cores (RX480) and comes with 2048 in the RX470, while the Tahiti chip had only 2048 cores at all. I don't says the architecture changed much, b...

My cynicism ends at the fact that without AMD both Intel and NVidia could do whatever they like and call any price they want. So competition is essential. Intel always made the biggest leap forward wh...

Ether is just one hash algorithm and it prefers AMDs architecture. Plus fast memory, while hashcat does not. Not comparable at all. I'd be surprised if the Radeon VII will be on par with the RTX2080....

Post: RE: AMD Radeon VII benchmarks(?)

You're cherry picking. As mentioned, Etherum takes a big profit out of fast memory. Meaningless for hashcat. The 2080 tops out at 225W if not tweaked. No idea how you manage to see it anywhere clos...

I'm afraid it is just a die shrink, since the architecture behind is still GCN5, although a bit tweaked. And again, faster and bigger memory is almost irrelevant for hashcat. Take the Anandtech benc...
