probably wont be richest but it seems to be better than hashflare.
hashflare running 110 ghs and only made half of that in 3 times the time at a lot more cost.

"Use a direct OS install" is that apt-get method? if so unfortunately that only gets stuff in the The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) rolling repositories

after some experimenting with hashcat it turns out the mask processor is the only way to get a classic brute force.
i mean by classic brute force is sequential tries on the password
