try that and see if you are lucky with PW len8 or less! You can use -i --increment-min=x to start from len x. actually the later version have Markov implemented then it would read the default hashcat.... |

U apply that rule on a 12 bits word, insert character ! at the 7te position so that makes 13 bits, then add 23 at the end, so it hits 15 bits. Hascat does have a limit at 15bits.

the few last lines seems to make sense. The first 4 is unexpected. What ever it is, it breaks what you innitially want to do: filterout repeat-char combinations.
