Drivers are fine, I think problem relates to you using 14.04 you need Ubuntu 12.04.3.

From under your art work it looks like you have username and hash seperated by a colon, add the --username parameter to your command if you want to run it that way

I think the examples given are all based on NTLM, The specific hash used for those examples is irrelevant.

WPA/WPA2 with different personal levels of encryption TKIP/AES doesn't make it anymore difficult on capturing a handshake to attack a PSK.
