I have an RTX 2080 and the benchmark/actual hashrate are quite different. I get a benchmark of 2500 mhz but only 1700 mhz on NTLMV2. Ive tried everything but I cant get it past 1750 mhz.

I am talking in H/s sudo hashcat -a3 -w4 -m 5600 -O ~/Desktop/scott.txt ?u?a?a?a?a?a?a?s and I get this as an output. 1750 mh/s almost half the benchmark speed. Session..........: hashcat Status......
